Brand perception had been taking a hit at Uber. Riders often saw their relationship with Drivers as transactional and functional. Rider favorability was on the decline.
Yet we had a chance to meet so many amazing people that drove for Uber over the years. People with with rich, compelling stories that were driving for unique reasons. And these stories needed to be told.
So we created a storytelling platform called ‘Uber Presents’ to help share these stories. The result is a growing body of work and a platform that we are proud to share.
